Working for Hua Min on their newest mesh offering, I began researching mesh specific footwear trends we could execute with HM's current machines. I presented several trends for approval.

I hired a team of two freelance textile designers to help execute against my creative direction and create technical spec's. Designs that could satisfy multiple directives were the most successful.

Working with HM's production team in China, we reviewed sample strike-off's via video chat, revised artwork and recolored final fabrics.
